Wendy grew up swimming in the Pacific Ocean and enjoying the tranquil, sun-soaked towns of Santa Barbara, Solvang, and the Santa Ynez valley. An avid design student, she excelled at California Polytechnic State University and gradually realized she could use her designer’s eye to beautifully stage elegant homes for sale or look for the potential in properties for those looking to buy. Branching into real estate, Wendy continues to bring her love for design to everything she does, envisioning all that a property can be.
